Holy Name Medical Center and Greater Bergen Community Action are partnering to provide no-cost* COVID-19 vaccines to residents at the Boys & Girls Club of Lodi (Gym), 460 Passaic Ave., Lodi.

Vaccine Clinic Dates:

• 1st Dose:Saturday, July 10, 9 am – 12 pm
  2nd Dose:Saturday, July 31, 9 am – 12 pm
   
• 1st Dose:Sunday, July 11, 11 am – 2 pm
  2nd Dose:Sunday, August 1, 11 am – 2 pm

We are administering the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine to all people age 12 and over.

• Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Administered in two doses, three weeks apart.

*Please bring your insurance card. If you don’t have insurance, you will still receive the vaccine at no cost to you. Identification will be requested, but is not required.
