CITY OF GARFIELD CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT
NEW REQUEST PROCESS
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATLY: As per state statue N.J.A.C 5:23-2.18 (c) all Uniform Construction Code (UCC) inspection requests associated with permits issued by the Construction Division must be submitted via online form/email or written request by using this form: Inspection Request Form.
This change applies only to requests for inspections associated with permits issued under the Uniform Construction Code (UCC) that involve new builds, renovations, additions or solar panels.
