CO-MIGLED ITEMS
Recycle commingled items in blue recycling barrel only. Glass
Bottles, Jars, Tin, Steel, Aluminum Cans and Plastic Containers with #1 or #2
on container. RINSE OUT all containers. PLEASE DO NOT USE PLASTIC
PAPER ITEMS
RECYCLE Newspaper, Magazines, Junk Mail & Cardboard. Newspaper MUST BE TIED IN BUNDLES separate from your cardboard. Cardboard MUST BE FLATTENED AND TIED IN BUNDLES. ALL BUNDLES MUST NOT EXCEEDING 40lbs DO NOT set out loose paper or cardboard.
APPLIANCES
Appliances will be picked up one day per week BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call 973-546-2200 to set up your appliance pick up. Set out your appliance AFTER 6:00pm the day before your pickup.
ELECTRONICS
We will be accepting Electronic Scarp ( computers, monitors, wires/cables keyboards, mouse, telephones, computer components, VCRs, DVD players, stereos and microwave ovens) at the DPW Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 2:00pm. No Saturdays or Sundays. You MUST REPORT TO THE FRONT OFFICE BEFORE DISPOSING of your electronics.
NO CURBSIDE PICKUP. TELEVISION
WILL BE ACCEPTED.
All RECYCABLES
MUST BE PLACED AT THE CURB AFTER 6:00PM THE DAY BEFORE
Your designated collection day as stated on your calendar.
YOUR BLUE RECYCLING BARREL IS NOT LTO BE USED for your regular garbage. This barrel is for RECYCLABLES ONLY. In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER, DO NOT set out your recyclables. Please call the office and you will be informed of what to-do.
