Adult Health Consultation /Blood Pressure Program
This program provides adults 18 years and over with health screenings and counseling for the prevention and early detection of chronic disease.

This service is provided every Tuesday from 9:30AM -12:00PM. No Appointment required.

Vaccines Provided for Uninsured Children and Adults
Vaccines are provided by appointment only. Please call to schedule an appointment for this program.
Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program
Free risk assessment and blood screening is provided for children 1-6 years old. All children should be tested for lead at ages one and two. Please call for appointment.
Health Promotion Outreach Program
Comprehensive outreach programs are conducted each year to provide screenings and education for the prevention and early detection of many chronic diseases such as; cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, asthma and others associated with poor nutrition, inadequate physical activity and substance abuse. These programs are sponsored through the Health Department along with our partners.
Communicable Disease Case Management, Investigation and Reporting
The public health nurses provide education and follow-up when indicated for residents identified with communicable disease including the management of the Peri-natal Hepatitis B Prevention Project. Please call for further information.
